The Associated Writers of London (AWOL) is a writing group based in London, UK. Established in 2024 we meet regularly in person to write together, as well as discussing writing in online spaces. Our main event is in November each year where members challenge themselves to complete a writing challenge in 30 days. Often this will be to write the first draft of a novel of at least 50,000 words.
